TarCasino (casino.tardraw.com) is a real-money online casino product operated by RedBox Limited, a company registered in Belize City, Belize (registration number 000027000) ("TarCasino", "TarDraw", "we", "us", or "our").

TarCasino offers slots, live casino, table games, fishing, arcade titles, and other casino games from third-party studios through an integrated game platform. You play using the same TarDraw Account and USD Platform Balance as on tardraw.com. Bets and wins are settled through a seamless wallet integration in real time.

TarDraw is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under License No. ALSI-132405000.

These Terms govern your access to and use of TarCasino, including game launch, betting, and related features. They supplement the TarDraw Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for wallet, deposit, withdrawal, account, and compliance matters. Where these Terms conflict with the main TarDraw Terms on a casino-specific point, these Terms control for TarCasino use.

These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and TarCasino.

Using TarCasino means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Casino play is also subject to the TarDraw Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms, the TarDraw Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy carefully before playing.

By accessing TarCasino, creating or using a TarDraw Account, launching a game, placing a bet, or using any casino feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the TarDraw Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access TarCasino, register, deposit funds, place bets, or use any casino service.

• Account: your registered TarDraw user profile, used for both tardraw.com and TarCasino.
• Platform Balance / Balance: USD-denominated credit in your TarDraw in-platform wallet. It is not a bank account, e-money, or a regulated deposit. Casino bets debit Balance; wins credit Balance. Subject to Section 13, eligible amounts may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency.
• Display Currency: the currency shown in TarCasino interfaces (currently USD or INR). Amounts are stored in USD on the platform; INR is displayed at a fixed USD exchange rate shown in your account settings.
• Seamless Wallet: integration that synchronizes your Platform Balance with third-party game sessions so bets and wins update your Balance without manual transfers between games.
• Games: casino products offered on TarCasino, including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing, arcade, and originals, each supplied by a third-party studio or aggregator.
• Provider: a third-party game studio, live-casino operator, or platform aggregator that supplies Games and game software.
• Bet: an amount staked on a Game round, debited from your available Platform Balance.
• Win / Payout: an amount returned to your Platform Balance when a Game round resolves in your favor according to the Game rules.
• Demo Play: a free-to-play mode using virtual credits with no real-money Balance at stake, as described in Section 11.
• Plisio: third-party payment processor used for cryptocurrency deposits on TarDraw (and related checkout flows where available).
• Restricted Territories: jurisdictions where use of the services is prohibited, currently including: Afghanistan; Armenia; Belarus; Burma (Myanmar); Central African Republic; Cuba; Democratic Republic of Congo; Ethiopia; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Lebanon; Libya; Nicaragua; North Korea; Russia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syria; Ukraine; United States of America; Venezuela; Yemen.
• Website: casino.tardraw.com and affiliated frontends and APIs operated for TarCasino.
• You / User / Player: a natural person using or attempting to use TarCasino.
• XP and VIP: loyalty mechanics on the TarDraw platform. Qualifying casino wagers may contribute to XP, VIP tier progression, and period rewards as described on Rewards and VIP pages.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal minimum age for online gambling in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to enter binding contracts and to gamble online where you are.
• You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing TarCasino from any Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether online casino play is lawful where you are.
• We do not target or market TarCasino to minors. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be closed immediately.
• We may use technical, payment, identity, and geolocation signals to enforce eligibility. False declarations (including misrepresenting age or location) are a material breach.
• Employees of TarDraw, its affiliates, game Providers, and their immediate family members may be restricted from real-money play where required by law or internal policy.

TarCasino uses your existing TarDraw Account. Registration, email verification, and authentication rules are described in the TarDraw Terms of Service.

You may sign in through email and password or, where offered, third-party providers (for example Google or Telegram bridge) subject to their terms and our integration rules.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, devices, and any two-factor authentication. Activity under your Account—including casino bets—is presumed to be yours unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

We may request identity, age, source-of-funds, or location verification (KYC/AML) at any time. Until satisfied, we may limit deposits, game launch, betting, or withdrawals.

One person should maintain only one Account unless we expressly approve otherwise. Duplicate, shared, or synthetic accounts used to abuse promotions may be merged or closed.

You may choose a Display Currency in your account settings where available. This affects how amounts are shown in TarCasino; your Platform Balance remains stored in USD.

• All information you provide is true, complete, and kept up to date.
• You use TarCasino voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party without authorization.
• You will not use proceeds of crime, stolen payment instruments, or unauthorized third-party funds.
• You will not use bots, scripts, emulators, hardware exploits, multiple accounts, collusion, bonus abuse, or other unfair methods to gain an advantage.
• You will not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with TarCasino, game clients, or APIs except as permitted by law.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from your gambling activity and winnings.

TarCasino is a real-money online casino. Games involve financial risk: you may lose the amounts you bet. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

House edge, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, volatility, and payout tables are determined by each Game and its Provider. Information shown on game info pages or inside the game client is provided by the Provider and may change.

Animations, sounds, and previews are for entertainment. Final outcomes are determined by the Game software and Provider systems, then reflected in your Platform Balance through the Seamless Wallet.

Nothing on TarCasino constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Platform Balance is not an investment product, security, or deposit account.

You are responsible for lawful use. If your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts online casino play, you must not use TarCasino (see Sections 4 and 21). We may block or suspend access in Restricted Territories or where required by law.

TarCasino shares the same Platform Balance and Wallet as tardraw.com. Deposits made on TarDraw credit your Balance for use on packs, battles, upgrades, casino Games, and other platform features unless restricted.

Deposits are processed through third-party providers (primarily Plisio for cryptocurrency). Supported coins and networks are shown in the Wallet at deposit time and may change without notice. Card or fiat rails, if displayed, are also provided by third parties.

You send cryptocurrency or use available checkout methods at your own risk. You must use the correct asset, network, and address shown. Sending wrong assets or to wrong networks may result in permanent loss; we are not obliged to recover mis-sent funds.

Platform Balance is credited in USD after the provider confirms payment (subject to minimum deposit amounts, network confirmations, and fraud review). Provider delays, exchange-rate movements, and blockchain fees are your responsibility.

Deposits are primarily for use on the platform. Eligible Platform Balance may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency under Section 13 and the TarDraw Terms of Service. TarDraw does not offer withdrawal to bank accounts, payment cards, or e-wallets.

First-time qualifying deposits may receive a one-time 100% balance bonus credited as Platform Balance. Bonus amounts, eligibility, and promotional terms may change; what is shown in the Wallet at deposit time applies. Deposits and bonus credits (including the first-deposit match and bonus-code redemptions) must be wagered one (1) time on qualifying platform activity (packs, battles, upgrades, or casino Games) before the related amounts become available for withdrawal.

Chargebacks, reversals, or disputed crypto transfers may lead to account suspension and reversal of credited Balance.

When you launch a real-money Game, your available Platform Balance (minus any locked balance reserved for pending withdrawals) is made available to the Seamless Wallet for betting in your Display Currency.

Each Bet debits your Balance immediately when accepted by the Provider integration. Wins credit your Balance when the Game round is settled. Bet and win history is recorded in your account transaction log.

Minimum and maximum bet limits, stake increments, and table limits are set by each Game and Provider and may vary by title, currency, and jurisdiction.

Platform Balance is not cash, e-money, or a bank deposit. It is platform credit for entertainment use on TarDraw and TarCasino. Subject to Section 13, eligible amounts may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency.

Unless required by applicable law, completed bets and game outcomes are final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee that you will win or recover amounts wagered.

If Balance is credited or debited due to error, glitch, integration fault, or unauthorized activity, we may correct, claw back, or void affected records without prior notice.

• Games are supplied by independent third-party Providers. Each Game is subject to the Provider's rules, pay tables, and technical requirements in addition to these Terms.
• Game availability, thumbnails, categories, and launch URLs may change without notice. We may add, remove, suspend, or geo-restrict Games for legal, commercial, or technical reasons.
• Live casino Games stream real dealers and use Provider studio infrastructure. Connection quality, stream delays, and studio schedules are outside our control.
• Some Games may be unavailable in demo mode, on certain devices, or in specific regions.
• If a Provider discontinues a Game, settles rounds incorrectly, or experiences an outage, we will work with the Provider to resolve open sessions in good faith but are not liable for Provider failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Originals and other in-house titles, where offered, are operated by TarDraw and governed by product-specific rules shown in-game.

Where available, you may launch certain Games in demo mode using virtual credits instead of real Platform Balance.

Demo sessions use a separate provider member identifier and a fixed virtual balance. Demo wins and losses do not affect your real Platform Balance, XP, VIP progress, or Rewards.

Demo play is for evaluation and entertainment only. Features, RTP display, or behavior may differ from real-money mode.

We may change demo availability, virtual balance amounts, or session limits at any time.

Wins are credited to your Platform Balance when the Provider reports a settled round through the Seamless Wallet integration. Your Balance after settlement is authoritative for account purposes.

If a Game round is voided by a Provider (for example due to a studio error, disconnection policy, or invalid bet), stakes may be returned or outcomes adjusted according to Provider rules and our integration records.

In the event of a manifest technical error (including duplicate crediting, incorrect payout multiplication, or system malfunction), we may void affected bets, reverse erroneous credits, or adjust Balance to reflect the correct outcome.

You must report suspected settlement errors promptly via [email protected] with your username, game name, round ID (if shown), and transaction details. Delays may limit our ability to investigate with Providers.

Maximum win limits, jackpot caps, or payout ceilings imposed by a Provider or Game apply as disclosed in the Game or Provider documentation.

Withdrawal of eligible Platform Balance as cryptocurrency is governed by the TarDraw Terms of Service (Section 13) and applies equally to funds won on TarCasino.

Withdrawal is not available to bank accounts, payment cards, or e-wallets. You must supply a valid payout address for the selected asset and network. Sending to an incorrect address or network may result in permanent loss.

Before you may withdraw, all deposit and bonus credits on your Account must be wagered one (1) time on qualifying platform activity (packs, battles, upgrades, or casino Games). Casino bets count toward this wagering requirement. Until satisfied, related amounts are not available for withdrawal.

Your withdrawable amount is your Platform Balance minus any locked balance (including amounts reserved for pending withdrawal requests) minus any amount still subject to the wagering requirement. Only the withdrawable amount shown in the Wallet may be requested.

Each withdrawal request is reviewed before cryptocurrency is sent. We may approve, delay, or reject requests for fraud prevention, AML/KYC review, sanctions screening, technical limits, incorrect addresses, abuse of promotions, legal requirements, or other risk reasons.

Do not deposit unless you accept these withdrawal rules, including wagering requirements, manual review, cryptocurrency-only payout, and the risk that requests may be declined.

Third-party Games use random number generators (RNGs) and/or live-dealer procedures certified and maintained by their Providers. TarDraw does not control Provider RNG software.

RTP, volatility, and outcome distributions are defined by each Provider and disclosed where required by the Provider or applicable regulation.

We monitor integration logs, bet callbacks, and anomaly signals to detect abuse, collusion, and technical faults. We may suspend Games or Accounts pending investigation.

TarDraw pack opens, battles, and upgrades on tardraw.com use a separate provably fair system described in the TarDraw Terms of Service and Fairness pages. That system does not govern third-party casino Games.

Deposit bonuses, bonus codes, VIP benefits, and period rewards on the TarDraw platform may apply to casino play as described on the relevant promotion pages.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered one (1) time on qualifying platform activity before they count toward withdrawable balance (Section 13). Casino bets may satisfy this requirement.

Qualifying casino wagers may contribute to XP, VIP tier progression, daily/weekly/monthly reward pots, and Race leaderboards according to rules shown on Rewards and Race pages.

We may limit, revoke, or claw back promotional Balance for abuse, error, or violation of promotion terms. Multi-accounting, minimal-risk betting, or coordinated play solely to farm rewards may result in forfeiture and account action.

• Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape problems. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose.
• Set personal time and spending limits before you play. Take regular breaks.
• Do not chase losses or gamble under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or emotional distress.
• If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, stop playing and seek help from a qualified support organization in your country.
• You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion or account closure by contacting [email protected]. We will process good-faith requests subject to verification and any legal retention obligations.
• We may impose deposit, loss, or session limits, cooling-off periods, or other safer-gambling measures at our discretion or as required by law.
• TarCasino is not intended for individuals who have self-excluded from our services or who are on gambling exclusion registers where we participate.

We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently close Accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, problem-gambling concerns, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or risk to the platform, Providers, or other users.

On closure for cause, we may void Balance, pending bets, rewards, and promotional credits to the extent permitted by law. On voluntary closure, contact [email protected]; submit any eligible cryptocurrency withdrawal requests before closure where possible, subject to Section 13 wagering and review requirements.

If your Account is suspended while Game sessions are open, we may work with Providers to settle open rounds according to Provider rules and our records.

TarCasino names, logos, website design, and TarDraw-owned content are owned by us or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Game names, artwork, and software are owned by their respective Providers.

You receive a limited, revocable license to access TarCasino for personal entertainment only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TarCasino and third-party Games are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of crypto assets sent to wrong addresses, third-party Provider failures, stream outages, RNG disputes handled by Providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from TarCasino is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total deposits you made to the Account in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TarDraw, TarCasino, its officers, directors, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful gambling activity, or violation of third-party rights.

We may report suspicious activity and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement as required or permitted by law, including sharing data described in our Privacy Policy.

You must comply with applicable anti-money-laundering, sanctions, consumer, and gaming laws in your jurisdiction. We may block transactions involving sanctioned persons or wallets.

TarCasino is offered under our Anjouan gaming licence. Additional local licensing may be required in some jurisdictions; we do not represent that TarCasino is lawful in every country.

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact [email protected] with your username, game name, round or transaction IDs, and a clear description. Allow at least thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Belize City, Belize, unless applicable law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

• These Terms, the TarDraw Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific rules posted on the Website form the entire agreement between you and TarCasino regarding casino services.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• We may assign our rights; you may not assign without our consent.
• We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
