Terms of Service

TarDraw.com and related domains (including chain.tardraw.com, explorer.tardraw.com, rpc.tardraw.com, and status.tardraw.com) are operated by RedBox Limited, a company registered in Belize City, Belize (registration number 000027000) ("TarDraw", "we", "us", or "our").

TarDraw is a Rare Items Discovery Platform. Registered users may fund a USD account balance, open packs, join multiplayer battles, use item , compete in wager races, earn VIP and period rewards, manage inventory items, request physical delivery, request cryptocurrency withdrawal of eligible balance (subject to Section 13), and—where enabled—use optional blockchain features such as on-chain fairness anchoring and NFT minting on TarDraw Chain.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website, applications, APIs, and all related services. They do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and TarDraw.

Using the Website means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the services.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, checking any acceptance card at registration, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access the Website, register, deposit funds, or use any service.

• Account: your registered user profile on TarDraw.
• Balance / Platform Balance: USD-denominated platform credit in your in-platform wallet, used to pay for cards, battles and related features on TarDraw. It is not a bank account, e-money, or a regulated deposit. Subject to Section 13, eligible amounts may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency to an external wallet you specify.
• Products and Services: all offerings on TarDraw, including Packs, Battles, Race, Rewards, VIP, Inventory, Wallet, physical Delivery, bonus codes, Concierge (where eligible), and blockchain features.
• Items: physical or digital prizes obtained through Products and held in your Inventory until sold back, delivered, minted as an NFT, or otherwise disposed of under these Terms.
• Sell-back: converting an eligible Inventory item into Platform Balance at the sell-back rate shown at the time of the action (currently 95% of the displayed item value unless we change it with notice).
• Plisio: third-party payment processor used for cryptocurrency deposits (and related checkout flows where available).
• TarDraw Chain: optional EVM-compatible network (chain ID 1337) operated by TarDraw for internal platform use—such as fairness anchoring, mirrored accounting, NFT minting and related logging. It is a proprietary company-operated blockchain, not a public cryptocurrency network or investment product.
• Chain Wallet: custodial on-chain address we generate and control on your behalf when blockchain features are enabled; you do not receive the private key.
• TAR: internal utility token on TarDraw Chain used solely for platform operations (such as network fees). TAR is for company/platform use only; it is not a public cryptocurrency, security, or tradeable token, and has no guaranteed market value outside the platform.
• NFT: on-chain representation of an Inventory item minted to your Chain Wallet; metadata may state that physical redemption remains available on the main platform.
• Provably Fair: cryptographic outcome system using server seeds, client seeds, and play nonces, described on Fairness pages and in our technical documentation.
• Restricted Territories: jurisdictions where use of the services is prohibited, currently including: Afghanistan; Armenia; Belarus; Burma (Myanmar); Central African Republic; Cuba; Democratic Republic of Congo; Ethiopia; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Lebanon; Libya; Nicaragua; North Korea; Russia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syria; Ukraine; United States of America; Venezuela; Yemen.
• Website: tardraw.com and affiliated subdomains, frontends, and APIs operated by TarDraw.
• You / User / Customer: a natural person using or attempting to use the services.
• Vouchers: USD-denominated platform credits in your Account, synonymous with Platform Balance (see above). Vouchers are purchased or credited for use on TarDraw Products and Services. They are not cash, e-money, or a bank deposit. Withdrawal of eligible Vouchers as cryptocurrency is governed by Section 13.
• XP (Experience Points): virtual loyalty points earned through qualifying platform activity (such as opening packs and other disclosed Games). XP contributes to VIP tier progression and may unlock exclusive features and benefits (including period rewards, free pack grants, and Concierge where eligible), as described on Rewards and VIP pages.
• Games: chance-based shopping experiences offered on TarDraw, including Packs and, where enabled, Battles, and Race. Each Game debits Vouchers (or uses a disclosed free grant) to participate in a randomized outcome mechanic governed by platform rules and, where applicable, provably fair algorithms (Section 15).
• Prizes: physical goods, digital goods, digital services, additional Vouchers, XP or VIP-related benefits, or any combination thereof, awarded through Games and held in your Inventory (as Items) or credited to your Account according to product rules.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to enter binding contracts.
• You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the services from any Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are.
• We do not target or market the services to minors. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be closed.
• We may use technical, payment, and identity signals to enforce eligibility. False declarations (including misrepresenting age or location) are a material breach.

To use most features you must register with accurate information (such as email and password) and, where offered, complete email verification before sign-in.

You may also authenticate through third-party providers (for example Google or Telegram bridge) subject to their terms and our integration rules.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, devices, and any two-factor authentication. Activity under your Account is presumed to be yours unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

We may request identity, age, source-of-funds, or location verification (KYC/AML) at any time. Until satisfied, we may limit deposits, delivery, NFT minting, chain transfers, or account access.

One person should maintain only one Account unless we expressly approve otherwise. Duplicate, shared, or synthetic accounts used to abuse promotions may be merged or closed.

• All information you provide is true, complete, and kept up to date.
• You use the services voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party without authorization.
• You will not use proceeds of crime, stolen payment instruments, or unauthorized third-party funds.
• You will not use bots, scripts, emulators, hardware exploits, multiple accounts, collusion, or other unfair methods except for platform-provided battle filler bots in battles.
• You will not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Website or APIs except as permitted by law.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from your use of the services.

TarDraw provides entertainment and chance-based digital experiences. Opening a card, joining a battle, or using aninvolves risk: you may receive Items worth less than the amount spent.

Displayed item values, sell-back amounts, race prizes, VIP benefits, and pot accruals are determined by platform rules and may change. They are not deposits, securities, or guaranteed returns. Cryptocurrency withdrawal of Platform Balance is available only under the conditions in Section 13 and is not a bank transfer, card payout, or guaranteed right.

Animations, sounds, and previews are for entertainment. Final outcomes are determined by our servers (and, where applicable, provably fair algorithms) and recorded in our systems.

Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and blockchain features are optional utilities for transparency and collectibles, not an offer of securities or regulated financial instruments.

TarDraw is a gamified e-commerce platform, not a gambling service. We do not operate as a sportsbook, casino, or betting exchange. We do not take or place illegal bets, and we do not recommend or encourage illegal gambling. You may purchase or receive Vouchers (Platform Balance) solely to exchange them on the platform for (i) XP and related VIP features and benefits, and (ii) Games—including mystery packs and related shopping mechanics—that assign outcomes randomly according to disclosed rules and probabilities.

Games are product purchases, not wagers. When you participate in a Game, you pay Vouchers for access to a configured shopping experience with a chance-based outcome. Prizes may include physical goods shipped to you (Section 12), digital goods or services, additional Vouchers, XP or VIP benefits, or combinations thereof, as shown on each product page. Displayed values, sell-back rates, and reward accruals are platform mechanics for entertainment and loyalty—they are not deposits, securities, or guaranteed returns (see also Section 9).

You are responsible for lawful use. Nothing on the Website invites you to gamble unlawfully. If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits chance-based product mechanics, you must not use the services (see Sections 4 and 21). We may block or suspend access in Restricted Territories or where required by law.

Deposits are processed through third-party providers (primarily Plisio for cryptocurrency). Supported coins and networks are shown in the Wallet at deposit time and may change without notice.

You send cryptocurrency or use available checkout methods at your own risk. You must use the correct asset, network, and address shown. Sending wrong assets or to wrong networks may result in permanent loss; we are not obliged to recover mis-sent funds.

Platform Balance is credited in USD after the provider confirms payment (subject to minimum deposit amounts, network confirmations, and fraud review). Provider delays, exchange-rate movements, and blockchain fees are your responsibility.

Card or fiat rails, if displayed, are also provided by third parties and subject to their terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Deposits are primarily for use on the platform. Eligible Platform Balance may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency under Section 13 after applicable wagering and review requirements are met. TarDraw does not offer withdrawal to bank accounts, payment cards, or e-wallets.

First-time qualifying deposits may receive a one-time 100% balance bonus credited as Platform Balance. Bonus amounts, eligibility, and promotional terms may change; what is shown in the Wallet at deposit time applies. Deposits and bonus credits (including the first-deposit match and bonus-code redemptions) must be wagered one (1) time on packs, battles, or before the related amounts become available for withdrawal.

Chargebacks, reversals, or disputed crypto transfers may lead to account suspension and reversal of credited Balance.

Product prices and sell-back rates are displayed at the time of the transaction or in feature-specific interfaces. We may change economics with reasonable notice where practicable.

Purchases (card opens, battle entries, ) debit Balance immediately unless a free grant or demo mode applies. Demo modes do not create real Inventory unless stated.

Platform Balance is not cash, e-money, or a bank deposit. Subject to Section 13, eligible amounts may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency. Sell-back and Rewards credit Balance for platform use; they do not bypass wagering, review, or other withdrawal requirements.

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases, deposits, and opened outcomes are final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee that you will obtain any particular Item or profit.

If Balance or Items are credited due to error, glitch, or unauthorized activity, we may correct, claw back, or void affected records without prior notice.

• Packs: pay Balance to open a configured pack. Possible Items and probability information are shown on each pack page. VIP may grant free opens.
• Battles: multiplayer sessions where participants open the same card series; the participant with the highest total total value of opened cards wins Items according to battle rules. You may add platform battle bots to fill seats.
• Race: daily and weekly leaderboards ranking users by qualifying unbox activity during active periods. Prize pools and distribution rules are shown on Race pages and may be adjusted for fairness or technical reasons.
• All game products may be modified, suspended, or retired. Historical fairness records remain available where technically feasible.

A portion of qualifying wagers funds period reward pots (daily, weekly, monthly) with accrual and claim windows in UTC, as described on Rewards pages.

VIP levels are based on lifetime wager volume. Level-up rewards may include one-time bonus cards. Concierge messaging is available at qualifying VIP tiers for lifestyle assistance and is discretionary, not guaranteed.

Abuse of rewards (including multi-accounting, minimal-risk wagering, or coordinated play solely to farm pots) may result in forfeiture and account action.

• Sell-back: eligible Items may be sold back for Platform Balance at the rate shown (currently 95% of displayed value). Once sold, Items cannot be restored. Sell-back does not entitle you to cash withdrawal.
• Physical delivery: you may request shipment of eligible physical Items to a delivery address on your profile. Requests are typically one Item at a time. You must provide accurate name, address, and contact details.
• Delivery commitment: we undertake to dispatch eligible physical Items within thirty (30) calendar days from our approval of a complete delivery request (valid address, any required verification, and Item availability). Tracking will be provided when available. Customs, import duties, carrier delays, sanctions, force majeure, an incorrect address, or your failure to respond to our requests may extend timelines; we will notify you of material delays when practicable.
• If we cannot ship within thirty (30) days for stock, legal, or logistics reasons, we may offer a substitute Item of equivalent value, restore the Item to your Inventory, or credit Platform Balance of equivalent value at our discretion.
• We may cancel delivery and restore Items if shipment is impossible or prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• NFT minting: you may mint certain Items to your Chain Wallet as on-chain collectibles. Minting may be irreversible on-chain; physical redemption rights, if any, are described at mint time. NFTs are not a transfer of legal title to physical goods until fulfilled through the platform delivery process.
• Item images and descriptions are illustrative. Substitutions of equivalent value may occur for physical goods when necessary.

TarDraw may allow you to request withdrawal of eligible Platform Balance as cryptocurrency to an external wallet address you provide. Supported assets, networks, and any minimum or maximum amounts are shown in the Wallet at the time of your request and may change without notice.

Withdrawal is not available to bank accounts, payment cards, or e-wallets. You must supply a valid payout address for the selected asset and network. Sending to an incorrect address or network may result in permanent loss; we are not obliged to recover misdirected payouts.

Before you may withdraw, all deposit and bonus credits on your Account (including the first-deposit match, bonus-code redemptions, and similar promotional credits) must be wagered one (1) time on qualifying platform activity (packs, battles, or ). Until that requirement is satisfied, the related amounts are not available for withdrawal. Winnings from gameplay are not subject to this deposit/bonus wagering lock unless we state otherwise in-product.

Your withdrawable amount is your Platform Balance minus any locked balance (including amounts reserved for pending withdrawal requests) minus any amount still subject to the wagering requirement above. Only the withdrawable amount shown in the Wallet may be requested.

Each withdrawal request is reviewed before cryptocurrency is sent. When you submit a request, the requested amount is locked on your Account until the request is approved, rejected, or cancelled by us. We may approve, delay, or reject requests for fraud prevention, AML/KYC review, sanctions screening, technical limits, incorrect addresses, abuse of promotions, legal requirements, or other risk reasons. Processing times are not guaranteed.

Approved withdrawals reduce your Platform Balance by the withdrawn amount. Rejected or cancelled requests release the locked amount back to your available balance. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue withdrawal features at any time.

Physical Item delivery (Section 12) remains a separate fulfillment path for Inventory Items. Sell-back, VIP rewards, race prizes, and similar mechanics credit Platform Balance for platform use—they are not a bypass of wagering or withdrawal review. Mandatory consumer-law refund rights, if any, are preserved.

Do not deposit unless you accept these withdrawal rules, including wagering requirements, manual review, cryptocurrency-only payout, and the risk that requests may be declined.

When enabled, we create a custodial Chain Wallet for your Account. We hold encrypted keys and submit on-chain transactions via platform relayers. You must not treat the Chain Wallet as a self-custody wallet.

TarDraw Chain (chain ID 1337) is a proprietary, company-operated blockchain used for logging outcomes, anchoring fairness commits, mirroring platform accounting on-chain, and supporting optional features such as NFT minting. It is not Ethereum mainnet or another public blockchain, and it is not offered as a public cryptocurrency network.

TAR and any on-chain units used on TarDraw Chain are internal platform utilities for company operations only. They are not public cryptocurrencies or tokens, are not intended for external trading or investment, and have no guaranteed value outside the platform. On-chain transfers may require network fees, which may be subsidized at our discretion.

Blockchain transactions may fail, reorder, or delay. On-chain state may lag behind Platform Balance, which remains authoritative for gameplay unless we state otherwise. You must not use chain features for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized transfers. We may freeze chain activity pending investigation.

Eligible products use provably fair randomness (HMAC-SHA256 over server seed, client seed, and nonce) with outcomes in a defined integer range. You may set a client seed and rotate server seeds as described on Fairness pages.

Displayed pack oddswin rates assume the published weight table. When the house solvency reserve cannot cover a rolled high-value outcome, the platform may advance to the next provably fair nonce until an affordable outcome is selected. The spin recorded for your play is always cryptographically verifiable at the final nonce shown in your history.

When a battle needs winner resolution (jackpot mode or tied score), an extra spin is taken from the host player's provably fair seed and recorded on-chain like other battle outcomes.

We may anchor seed commits and outcomes on TarDraw Chain for independent verification. Chain proofs supplement but do not replace our database records for account settlements.

Public verification tools and explorer pages are provided in good faith. You are responsible for validating proofs if you choose to rely on them.

Website and chain software are provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, bugs, or chain reorganizations may require correction of records or voiding of affected plays where fairness cannot be assured.

Bonus codes, campaigns, and promotions may have additional rules shown at redemption. Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered one (1) time on qualifying platform activity before they count toward withdrawable balance (Section 13).

We may limit, revoke, or claw back promotional Balance for abuse, error, or violation of promotion terms.

We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently close Accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or risk to the platform or other users.

On closure for cause, we may void Balance, Items, rewards, and chain assets to the extent permitted by law. On voluntary closure, contact [email protected]; submit any eligible cryptocurrency withdrawal requests or request delivery of eligible physical Items in your Inventory before closure where possible, subject to Section 13 wagering and review requirements.

Administrative simulation bots used for load testing are not offered to the public and do not affect your contractual rights.

TarDraw names, logos, card art, software, text, and audiovisual content are owned by us or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to access the services for personal use only.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of crypto assets sent to wrong addresses, third-party provider failures (including Plisio, carriers, or RPC providers), or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total deposits you made to the Account in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TarDraw, its officers, directors, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or violation of third-party rights.

We may report suspicious activity and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement as required or permitted by law, including sharing data described in our Privacy Policy.

You must comply with applicable anti-money-laundering, sanctions, consumer, and gaming laws in your jurisdiction. We may block transactions involving sanctioned persons or wallets.

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact [email protected] with your username, transaction IDs, and a clear description. Allow at least thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Belize City, Belize, unless applicable law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific rules posted on the Website form the entire agreement between you and TarDraw regarding the services.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• We may assign our rights; you may not assign without our consent.
• We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
